Our winemaking philosophy is focused on revealing the distinctive varietal personality of the grapes grown in exceptional Sonoma vineyards.

It starts in the vineyard with sustainable farming practices and careful grape selection from the best blocks of land throughout Sonoma County.

In the winery it's about attention to detail, from whole cluster pressing and careful separation of press fractions to barrel fermentation and aging in small French and American oak barrels. Our wines are carefully nurtured.

We employ the traditional method of cellar management, which means every wine lot is kept separate through the aging period when we conduct extensive blending trials.

The final result is outstanding and complex wines that are well integrated, balanced, and truly expressive of Sonoma.  Most importantly, they're enjoyable.
