Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma County
Our Cabernet Sauvignon opens with caramelized brown sugar, blackberries, bay leaves and tobacco. The entry is all ripe, red plums enveloped in dusty baking cocoa that dissolves to a spicy mix of blackberries, cinnamon sticks and white pepper. A supple tannin structure comes up to greet the midpalate and see this wine through to a strong and lasting finish.
Reserve Old Vine Zinfandel, Sonoma Valley
This Old Vine Zinfandel showcases some of the best that Zinfandel has to offer: bright red fruit characteristics mingled with hints of white pepper and allspice, and a rich, lingering finish. The vines that we source for this wine are from our estate, some of them dating back as far as 1887.
Reserve "The Bough", Sonoma County
Continuing the story of the Bough, the 2014 blend is one that highlights our favorite supporting characters Malbec and Petite Verdot. Both varietals are an essential part of what makes Cabernet Sauvignon blends truly interesting. The Malbec adds a unique fruit quality to the mid palate other than red or purple fruit. Often it is more blueberries and here it combines with the Petite Verdot impart texture and earthiness.
Reserve Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley
This reserve pinot noir offers a myriad of fruit-forward flavors showcasing notes of blackberry jam, alpine strawberry, and plum with hints of allspice. Lively and elegant, this wine pairs beautifully with duck, Thanksgiving turkey, and pumpkin pie - making it the perfect holiday celebration wine.
Reserve Barbera, Sonoma Valley
Our reserve barbera elegantly showcases notes of blackberry jam, black pepper, and cola offset with hints of leathered smokiness, cinnamon, and rose. With its silky tannins and well-integrated flavor, it would pair excellently a rich meal such as Osso Bucco or tomato pasta.
Reserve Chardonnay, Estate Grown
On the nose expect fragrant tropical aromas of pineapple, mango, guava and orange blossom beautifully blended with notes of peach pie, vanilla custard and a hint of star anise. Some of our favorite pairings include oysters, mussels, smoked salmon and pad Thai.
